Product Code Authentication

To protect our brand and help customers verify genuine SIBITWELD machines, each unit is assigned a unique Product Code. This code helps distinguish authentic SIBITWELD products from unauthorised or counterfeit items.

Where to Find the Product Code

Each machine includes two Product Code labels:

Exterior label: Placed on the outside of the machine for quick and convenient verification.

Interior label: Placed inside the machine as a secondary reference for service, inspection, or further authentication.

Product Month / Year

Please also locate the Product Month / Year printed on the machine or on the product packaging. This information is required together with the Product Code to complete verification.

These unique identifiers support product traceability, strengthen anti-counterfeit protection, and help ensure that customers receive genuine SIBITWELD products that meet our quality standards.
